Warranty Exchange Item

The amount paid will be reimbursed upon receipt of an in-warranty item within 30 days after it is shipped to you. When returning the item for credit, a copy of the invoice will be created when you check out. The original invoice must be in the box to process the paperwork correctly. You must include the invoice number of the item that was initially purchased.

Paying the deposit allows us to ship immediately. If you do not want to pay the deposit, you can send in the item first, and then the exchange will be shipped.

It is not possible to offer warranty exchanges on new items manufactured by our suppliers. They do not allow the exchange of new items if the part fails during the warranty period. When this occurs, the manufacturer is responsible for the warranty service.
