It is the responsibility of our customers to read all of our terms and conditions before placing any orders with us. This benefits all parties as the opportunity for confusion is greatly reduced and allows us to provide a better service to our customers. FOR PARTS AND KITS
All non-working/defective parts and kits purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Prior to returning the item, you must contact us for a RMA number or the return cannot be processed. The exchange component will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the defective item. Payment for repair services that exceed $ 300.00 must be paid by check or money order.
Parts and kits that are not electronic, were not installed, and are still in brand new condition, will be accepted for return. Please be aware that we will only accept returns for working parts and kits within 30 days of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original purchase price at the time of refund.
FOR VENDING EQUIPMENT AND DOLLAR BILL CHANGERS
Due to the substantial cost of set-up and shipping/delivery of vending equipment and dollar bill changers, these items cannot be returned for credit nor can the order be cancelled. It is possible that your item(s) include a manufacturer’s warranty or a warranty offered by Capital Vending. We are happy to assist you to assure your equipment works after it is received.
FOR ELECTRONICS AND DIGITAL MEDIA
Refunds will not be issued for electronics, eproms and digital media such as CDs and downloads. In the event the item you receive is defective, an exchange will be offered.
FOR CREDIT CARD KITS
Credit card telemeters cannot be returned as they are transferred to the customer by the processor.

ADVANCE REPLACEMENT POLICY:
The charge for advance replacement components is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for determining if an advance replacement is the right decision before any agreements/exchanges are made. Once the advance replacement service is initiated, your account will be invoiced for the retail cost of the component (what we call the core component charge), the advance replacement fee, and shipping costs. Following receipt of the component, (which must be an identical model) the customer will receive full credit for the retail value of the core component. The component must be in repairable condition.
We expect to receive the core component within 15 days of the initial order. If the core component is returned to Capital Vending within 15 to 30 days, be aware that only 80% of the retail value will be credited back to you. After 30 days, the core component is considered sold and will not be accepted for credit. Please understand that if a core component is not returned promptly, Capital Vending is not able to make sales to other customers that need the same component.
When returning a core component, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice so your account can be credited properly. Core units that have been damaged by vandalism, salt water, or abusive handling will not be accepted as a normal trade-in. The customer is responsible for additional charges if any parts have been removed from the returned core component.
We ask that our customers do not ship core components until the advance replacement has been received and installed. This will enable customers to use the original as an example for possible dip switch configurations and to verify that there are not any hardware differences.
