Option 14 - Nayax M02 Error

We can often remotely identify the cause of an M02 error on a Nayax Touch. This issue may be related to the machine or the reader, making it more difficult to diagnose than other problems.  We will need access to your Core account. Parts are generally required for the repair and may cost up to $100.00; this is in addition to the labor fee for this service. You will likely need to replace parts in the machine, so if you are not experienced replacing parts, it is best to hire a local technician to help fix the issue.
