This invoice is for the following, and once paid, the machine can be picked up on 9/16 from 10:00AM  to 3:30PM. The card reader was paid for online earlier.  Please bring a credit card for testing.

Electronic interface kit so the card reader works in a Lutech $299.99

Labor to install and test reader $250.00

Replacement T handle and lock $75.00 

MD sales tax for parts $22.50

The Lutech kit in the machine was modified and is using a lamp cord, and it is not possible to delay the relay for vend. The only work performed was to install and test a card reader – no cleaning or adjustments. Prior to use, the power cords need to be replaced. The machine should be inspected for electrical safety. There is no lock on the front door, so 2 padlocks will be needed.
