Thank you for choosing our Laurel, MD location for your vending machine storage. To ensure a smooth drop-off process, please review and complete the following requirements.
Add the product to the cart then proceed to checkout. After you fill out the billing address information and place the order, you will automatically receive an email. Within the body of the email, you will see a link that provides access to the agreement and the requirements.
Access the storage agreement and complete the sections for the make, model, and serial number of each machine.
Add your full name and the date to the top of the agreement. (Date example: this 10th day of March, 2026)
Please read the requirements for storing a machine at our location.
Ensure Item #6 on the form is filled out with your full mailing address.
Valid credit card information must be provided on the form. To fulfill the 60-day minimum term, we will charge your card for the current month's prorated rent plus the following two months of service. This transaction will be processed immediately before the machine is delivered.
Please take a clear photo(s) of your machine(s) to send along with your paperwork.
Once the agreement is signed and the details are finalized, you can submit your documents via:

Mail: Send the physical copy to our office address.
Note: We cannot schedule a delivery date until we have received both the signed agreement and the photos of the equipment.
