The amount paid will be reimbursed upon receipt of an in-warranty item within 30 days. When returning the item for credit, a copy of the invoice will be created when you check out. The original invoice must be in the box so the paperwork is processed correctly. You must include the invoice number when the item was initially purchased.
Paying the deposit allows us to ship immediately. If you do not want to pay the deposit, you can send in the item first and then the exchange will be shipped.
