Please note: If AMS cannot replicate the issue, they will not issue a credit towards the invoice with the replacement parts. This is up to their discretion.
When AMS receives the warranty parts back and the part(s) are evaluated, they issue a credit towards the original invoice. Once we receive a credit for the parts, we will refund the amount you paid. Please include a copy of the RMA number inside the box when shipping the parts to AMS. Write it on the shipping label also.
AMS will cover ground charges for the shipping of the parts. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to AMS for the warranty parts.
