If you are experiencing issues with your JCM DBV, such as bills being pulled in slowly, clicking, or not pulling in bills at all, the problem may be related to the power supply. This is especially true in small tube-style dollar bill changers. Before placing an order for the unit, ensure that your technician confirms that the power supply in the host machine meets the required specifications. If the power supply does not have the required current output, it should be rebuilt before the DBV is assumed to be defective.
