Eprom 2.7 for Capital Vending Rowe Kit BCxx00

This eprom is for changers with a double power supply. 

 This chip is inserted directly into the eprom socket of the board, not the daughter board. 

Once the 2.7 eprom inserted, it does not need a transport to enable the control board.
