Option 6- Hire a Technician Help - Card Reader Programming
If you are having issues with a Nayax or Cantaloupe telemeter that is not performing or reporting as expected, our technician may be able to program it or make a software recommendation. If we are not able to program as needed or recommend software for the host machines to resolve the issue the cost is fully refunded. You will need to provide a detailed description of the issue, the make and model of the machine (software version if possible) the device serial number and in some cases access to your account. This service is typically performed on Friday – earlier when time permits. We cannot assist for low signal issues as this repair needs to be made at the location.
