TESTING SERVICE - COIN CHANGER
The coin changer in vending equipment is controlled by the machine, so when a machine does not accept coins, it is not possible to determine if the issue is the changer or the machine without performing tests on the machine or the changer using a test fixture. The testing methods vary by machine and changer model but are generally well documented in the owner's manual if you want to do it yourself. Generally, a voltmeter is all that is needed.
If you would like us to test your coin changer, please use this listing to check out. If your changer is not working and you want us to repair it, 80% of the amount paid will be applied toward our flat-rate labor charge. If your coin changer is working, it will be returned, and then you will know the issue is the host machine.
This testing service is not offered for very old coin changers with metal bodies. These weigh about 12 pounds each. If you have an old changer with a metal body, we can recommend a newer, more reliable replacement.
