AE/VN tire for series 2000 validators

The tire normally utilized on the front two rollers of a series 2000 and Talos validators currently have a long lead time before delivery from MEI so we are offering a thinner version tire / ring as an alternative. We have tested these on indoor climate contolled validators and they work well. The rings install the same as the time.
